Take a cooling swim in the rejuvenating waters and massage your back under the cascading falls.

5. White Water Rafting at the Upper Navua River

This is why we headed to Pacific Harbour. Hidden away near the Pacific Harbor, Fiji lays a tropical slice of paradise known as the Upper Navua River.

Lined with pristine wilderness, numerous waterfalls, and extremely stimulating rapids, it has become a favorite spot for white water rafting.

In fact, the rapids here are considered to be the best in the country. During your white water rafting trip amidst the Upper Navua Gorge, you will be riding some of the most formidable and enthralling water terrains in Fiji.

Get comfortable in your inflatable raft as you strap on your life jacket and helmet, then get ready for the ride of your life.

The Upper Navua Gorge stretches for several kilometers and there are supposed to be seventy waterfalls around the area!
